Because all of our satin bedding items are custom made to your specifications, and because of our required adherence to sanitary regulations, we can not issue refunds in most cases. It is your responsibility to take the proper MEASUREMENTS of your bed prior to ordering to ensure correct fit, and promptly inspect your order for any defects upon receipt. Variations in dye lots are natural and refunds can not be made for slight color differences. If an item is approved for a refund, all shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the sender plus a restocking fee amounting to 25% will be charged.

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ALL EXCHANGES ARE BASED ON THE BEDDING BEING RETURNED IN NEW, UNSLEPT ON, NEW CONDITION.
