In
case the shoes do not fit you will need to request an RAN
within 7 days of receipt. You must call to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION
NUMBER to return or exchange any item back to the Satin Boutique.
You have 7 days to do this. If the item is post-marked and returned
to Satin Bedding Boutique past the 7 days allowed it will be
refused and sent back to the customer. All items being returned
must be in the original, new, unused condition without scuff
marks or scratches. Shoes must be retruned with all of the original
packing materials in the origianal shoe box shipped at the customer's
expense insured. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue
a prompt refund less a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be
waved on shoes that are exchanged for any other purchase with
us for any other Dress, Bedding, and or Lingerie, or Sezie Shoe
item, or combination there of if the total is equal to, or exceeds
the original purchase price of the return.
If you are exchanging for another size
or style, we must receive and inspect before and exchange can
be arranged. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
PLEASE WRITE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND YOUR LAST
NAME CLEARLY LEGIBLE ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. RETURNS WILL
NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ON THE
OUTSIDE OF THE BOX. ALL EXCHANGES ARE BASED ON THE DRESS BEING
RETURNED PER OUR TERMS LISTED ON THIS PAGE.

of shoes no exchanges or refunds will be given for any of the
