Lingerie items are not refundable nor are they exchangeable, unless there is a specific problem with merchandise where the customer is not at fault. On a rare occasion if there is a problem with the merchandise we will honor an exchange of products for equal or greater value, than the original merchandise ordered. Items must be returned to us for inspection before an exchange can be made. After lingerie has been worn there will be no exchange. Under no circumstances may used lingerie be returned.

 It is soley the customers responsibility to take proper bust, midriff, waist, and hip measurements by a professional taylor/seamstress then choose the proper size according to size chart for the particualar dress. Your largest measurement will be the determining factor on size selection.

In the unlikely event of a defect in materials or workmanship, we will be happy to repair or exchange your dress upon inspection. You will need to call us to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Dresses must be post-marked and returned to the Satin Boutique with a return authorization number within 7 days of reciept. If the dress is post-marked and sent back to the Satin Boutique past the 7 days allowed, it will be refused and sent back to the customer. Dresses must be returned in the original condition with all tags in place and shipped at the customer's expense with full insurance. Bridal and Bridesmaid dresses are made to order, and they are not returnable

 In case the shoes do not fit for a RAN within 7 days of receipt. You must call to request a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER to return or exchange any item back to the Satin Boutique. You have 7 days to do this. If the item is post-marked and returned to Satin Bedding Boutique past the 7 days allowed it will be refused and sent back to the customer. All items being returned must be in the original, new, unused condition without scuff marks or scratches. Shoes must be retruned with all of the original packing materials in the origianal shoe box shipped at the customer's expense insured. Upon inspection and approval, we will issue a prompt refund less a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be waved on shoes that are exchanged for any other purchase with us for any other Dress, Bedding, and or Lingerie, or Sezie Shoe item, or combination there of if the total is equal to, or exceeds the original purchase price of the return.

If you are exchanging for another size or style, we must receive and inspect before and exchange can be arranged. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
